ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Practitioner is a professional who understands how to analyze conflict, choose the appropriate process, and rebuild relationship post conflict.  This certificate program prepares participants to provide a variety of options to their clients. Understanding and being able to perform the work of a mediator is just one of the options, however the modern workplace is ever changing and requires more from the consultants they contract.  Particularly in helping organizations assess the conflicts they are facing, coach individuals throught conflicts, and restoring workplace teams post investigation.

Our ADR Practitioner Certificate Program consists of 11 courses for a total of 25 days of training.

In addition to attendance at the courses, and completion of course assignments, an evaluation process will need to be successfully completed to earn the ADR Practitioner Certificate.

Successful completion of the first four courses will earn participants a Certificate in the Art of Conflict Resolution.  Successful completion of the first 8 courses and successful completion of the mediation evaluation will earn the Mediation Certificate.
