Being a Mediator 1.3

This is the fourth and final course to meet the training requirements toward earning our Mediation Certificate. This course is 18 hours which includes 15 hours of class time with 3 hours of asynchronous work. It will focus on providing a lot of practise mediating, with coaching, and preparing for the mediation role play evaluation. Course approved by ADR Institute of Canada as recognized training towards the national designations of Qualified Mediator and Chartered Mediator. Successful completion of Mediation Challenges 1.2 July 7 – 16, 2022 Course dates and times are based on Mountain Daylight/Standard Time and could be adjusted to best meet the time zones of the final list of participants. 15 hours in class (Zoom or face-to-face) plus 3 hours of asynchronous work to be completed on your own, pre-course, and between sessions. To view a breakdown of the schedule, click here. The idea of preventing someone from registering for a course makes us all crazy, so we won’t do that. However, we need to order printing a week before the course and make final decisions about the number of coaches to bring in, and confirm the size of the classroom being rented. Therefore, we hope you will register as soon as possible (knowing we’ll be kind and easy to deal with if you have to cancel) and in exchange we will keep registration open until the day before the course. We will shut off online course registration a week before, however you can just give us a call at 780-460-7599 or send an email to admin@adrlearninginstitute.ca to register. We will confirm your registration and make sure we have all the materials you will need when you arrive on the course date. We know life happens. Sometimes schedules change or the universe interferes with your plans. Please provide us with as much notice as possible so we can provide you with a full refund and hopefully fill your spot. If the universe doesn’t let you know until five or less days before the course, then we will give you a full credit towards another course which you, or someone you choose to transfer it to, can use within a year. If your financial situation is such that you just really need the money to be put back into your account, then give us a call and we will provide a refund less any admin costs incurred through Pay Pal or Invoicing.
