Ideas will be shared
Imagine a vibrant exchange of ideas taking place. Participants, hailing from diverse backgrounds and cultures, engage in thought-provoking discussions on the various facets of how to journey to the space between conflicting parties. The atmosphere is one of intellectual stimulation, where fresh perspectives on mediation methods, techniques, and strategies are presented and debated. This sharing of ideas contributes to the collective wisdom of the global mediation community.
Speakers will challenge how we currently mediate
Carefully selected, renowned speakers will take the stage, expanding the status quo of current mediation practices. They will share innovative approaches, pushing the boundaries of conventional wisdom and inspiring attendees to reconsider established norms. This summit will be a platform for the evolution of mediation methodologies, encouraging participants to think creatively and embrace novel ways of approaching conflict resolution.
Cultural traditions of peacemaking will be highlighted
We will celebrate the rich and intricately woven tapestry of global peacemaking traditions. Attendees will gain insight into the nuances of diverse cultural perspectives, fostering a deeper understanding of how mediation can be shaped by and adapted to cultural contexts locally and worldwide.
Adaptations to mainstream models will be invited
We acknowledge the abundance of individuals and teams trained in mainstream ADR models and recognize that some aspects may not align with cultural, situational, or organizational contexts. The summit invites participants to explore adaptations to mainstream mediation models, encouraging you to share customized or traditional frameworks that better address the unique needs of conflicting parties. We celebrate tailoring strategies to meet individual circumstances.
