Workshop Design and Facilitator Training
Start of the North Retreat Centre 3 St. Vital Avenue, St. Albert, Alberta, CanadaThis 2-day workshop will be held on Saturday September 22nd from 8:30am - 4:00pm and will continue on Monday September 24th from 08:30am - 4:00pm. You will have some work to complete between the two days of training so set some time aside on Saturday evening or Sunday. The focus will be on creating workshops for adult learners.

Facilitating Workplace Restoration
Start of the North Retreat Centre 3 St. Vital Avenue, St. Albert, Alberta, CanadaDuring this two-day workshop, Elder Vicky Whalen will provide participants with traditional indigenous circle teachings. Paula Drouin will then provide practical ways to adapt circle processes to restore post-conflict/complaint workplaces.

It aims to take fear and helplessness out of addressing the conflicts in your life, at home or at work. Becoming comfortable with conflict requires an understanding of what it is, the purpose it serves, how it expands and contracts, how people respond, and learning the skills and steps for resolution.
