Mediation Challenges 1.2
This course will focus on managing the emotional dynamic and other challenges in mediation such as, power, trauma and intercultural communication. It will also provide more role play practise mediating, with the assistance of a coach, focusing on drawing out deeper interests while managing the emotional climate.
Being a Mediator 1.3
This course will focus on providing a lot of practise mediating, with coaching, and preparing for the mediation role play evaluation.
Comfort in Conflict
This course normalizes conflict. It aims to take fear and helplessness out of addressing the conflicts in your life, at home or at work.
Confidence in Conflict
Once you have completed Comfort in Conflict, Communicating Through Conflict, and Communicating Through Escalated Conflict, and have begun applying the skills to your everyday life, this course will help you pull it all together. We will zero in on the theory and practice to further build your knowledge, skills, and confidence.
Communicating Through Conflict
Communicating through Conflict is a one-day intensive deep dive into the key communication skills effective for preventing and resolving conflicts in your personal and work life. You will have an opportunity to learn and practice skills that are time-tested for clearing the air and creating understanding.
Mediation Foundation 1.1
This is the first course of four required to meet the mediation course requirements towards earning our Mediation Training Certificate. This is a 28 hour course with 20 of the hours spent in class online or face-to-face, plus an additional 8 hours of asynchronous work.
Communicating through Escalated Conflict
Communicated Through Escalated Conflict - Everything you ever wanted to know about managing anger. This course is a one-day journey through the world of emotional outbursts. Explore why humans are wired to avoid or attack and what triggers those responses. Gain insight on what some of your key triggers are and how to manage your own emotional response. Learn how to defuse emotional outbursts in others and ways to set limits on their expression of anger.

We will zero in on the theory and practice to further build your knowledge, skills, and confidence.
Negotiation for Mediators
Being an effective Mediator requires a deep understanding of Negotiation. This 14 hour course focuses on helping learners in mediation training understand mediation from the perspective of the parties they are mediating.
Intercultural Communication Workshop
Designed specifically for mediators-in-training and those working as ADR professionals in the field, Intercultural Communication takes participants through self-guided and live session reflection on the influence of culture on communication and conflict.
