Mediation Foundation
This is the first course of three that will make up the total 7 days of training required to meet the mediation course requirements toward earning our Mediation Certificate. This course will focus on the fundamentals, including: definition, theory, mediator role and presence, introduction to the interest-based mediation model with practise and coaching. Course approved by ADR Institute of Canada as recognized training towards the national designations of Qualified Mediator and Chartered Mediator.
