LEADING THROUGH CONFLICT is our most sought after private offering and has been delivered to various municipal and provincial government employees. This two-day course is designed to enable Leaders to build their approach, skills, and confidence when dealing with conflicts among those who report to them. There is not a wasted minute in the two-days. You can be assured that what is taught can be applied in your workplace the next day. There is a week between Day 1 and Day 2 to give participants an opportunity to apply what they learn in Day 1 and build on that experience and receive customized learning on Day 2.
