The goal of this workshop is to provide you with a step by step process to design workshop lesson plans and learn about facilitating and creating a PowerPoint presentation.

This two-day course is designed to enable Leaders to build their approach, skills, and confidence when dealing with conflicts among those who report to them.
Facilitating Workplace Restoration
Participants will learn traditional indigenous circle teachings used for sharing, healing and addressing conflict. We will then provide practical ways to adapt traditional circle processes to restore modern post conflict workplaces.
