She holds certificates in Conflict Leadership\, Attuned Communication in Dispute Resolution\, Integrative Negotiation\, and Facilitative Mediation. Trained mediators\, whose training did not include negotiation\, will benefit from this course\, and are welcome to register without having to register for any of our other courses. \nBeing an effective Mediator requires a deep understanding of Negotiation. This 14 hour course focuses on helping learners in mediation training understand mediation from the perspective of the parties they are mediating. It will focus on effective ways to prepare for a negotiation\, participate in a negotiation to meet the needs of everyone involved\, and writing up an agreement.
