Topics covered will include: \n\nImportance of ethics and professional practices\nImportance of values to guide a mediation practice\nApplication of codes of ethics and conduct to your practice\n\nCourse approved by ADR Institute of Canada as recognized training towards the national designations of Qualified Mediator and Chartered Mediator. Click here for more information about national designations. \nSchedule \n\nThursday\, March 26\, 2026\, 3:00 – 4:00pm MT\nTuesday\, April 14\, 2026\,  3:00 – 5:30pm MT\n\nCourse dates and times are based on Mountain Daylight/Standard Time and could be adjusted to best meet the time zones of the final list of participants. \nRegistration Cut-Off  \nThe idea of preventing someone from registering for a course makes us all crazy\, so we won’t do that.  However\, we need to order printing a week before the course and make final decisions about the number of coaches to bring in\, and confirm the size of the classroom being rented.  Therefore\, we hope you will register as soon as possible (knowing we’ll be kind and easy to deal with if you have to cancel) and in exchange we will keep registration open until the day before the course.  We will shut off online course registration a week before\, however you can just give us a call at 780-460-7599 or send an email to admin@adrlearninginstitute.ca to register.  We will confirm your registration and make sure we have all the materials you will need when you arrive on the course date. \nCancellation Policy \nWe know life happens.  Sometimes schedules change or the universe interferes with your plans.  Please provide us with as much notice as possible so we can provide you with a full refund and hopefully fill your spot.  If the universe doesn’t let you know until five or less days before the course\, then we will give you a full credit towards another course which you\, or someone you choose to transfer it to\, can use within a year.  If your financial situation is such that you just really need the money to be put back into your account\, then give us a call and we will provide a refund less any admin costs incurred through PayPal or Invoicing. \n\nRegister\nIf you have already taken a course with us\, please email coursesupport@adrlearninginstitute.ca for any further course registrations at this time. \n\nIf you are a new student or a representative of a new student\, please fill out the form below entering the information of the person taking the course. \n\n\n\n\n\nUpon hitting SUBMIT you will be taken to FlyWire for payment and will be required to fill out the information for the individual or organization being billed.
