DESCRIPTION:Course InformationPre-RequisitesScheduleRegistration Cut-Off Cancellation PolicyCourse Information \nThis is the first course of five required to meet the mediation course requirements towards earning our Mediation Training Certificate.  This is a 28-hour course with 24 hours spent in class plus an additional 4 hours of asynchronous work. \nThis course will focus on the fundamentals\, including definition\, theory\, mediator role and presence\, introduction to an interest-based mediation model with practice and coaching. \nCourse approved by ADR Institute of Canada as recognized as meeting the training requirements towards the national designations of Qualified Mediator and Chartered Mediator and is recognized within our Certified Mediation Training Program with the International Mediation Institute for registration on their International Mediator Roster.  Click here for more information about national designations.
