Confidence in Conflict Once you have completed Comfort in Conflict, Communicating Through Conflict, and Communicating Through Escalated Conflict, and have begun applying the skills to your everyday life, this course will help you pull it all together. We will zero in on the theory and practice to further build your knowledge, skills, and confidence. Comfort in Conflict plus the two one-day Communicating courses are pre-requisites for this course. The conflict resolution model will be expanded upon and skill use will be integrated into conflict resolution role-play. $570.00 CAD +GST Pre-requisites: Comfort in Conflict, Communicating Through Conflict, and Communicating Through Escalated Conflict If you attend Comfort in Conflict, Communicating Through Conflict, Communicating Through Escalated Conflict, and Confidence in Conflict you will earn a Certificate in The Art of Conflict Resolution. Instructor: Paula Drouin – Paula draws on her past experiences working in a maximum security prison and in Edmonton’s inner city to create links between theory and practice. She has delivered workshops on this topic to Correctional Officers, Police, Fire, EMS, and as part of Peacemaker and Mediator training. The idea of preventing someone from registering for a course makes us all crazy, so we won’t do that. However, we need to order printing a week before the course and make final decisions about the number of coaches to bring in, and confirm the size of the classroom being rented. Therefore, we hope you will register as soon as possible (knowing we’ll be kind and easy to deal with if you have to cancel) and in exchange we will keep registration open until the day before the course. We will shut off online course registration a week before, however you can just give us a call at 780-460-7599 or send an email to admin@adrlearninginstitute.ca to register. We will confirm your registration and make sure we have all the materials you will need when you arrive on the course date. We know life happens. Sometimes schedules change or the universe interferes with your plans. Please provide us with as much notice as possible so we can provide you with a full refund and hopefully fill your spot. If the universe doesn’t let you know until five or less days before the course, then we will give you a full credit towards another course which you, or someone you choose to transfer it to, can use within a year. If your financial situation is such that you just really need the money to be put back into your account, then give us a call and we will provide a refund less any admin costs incurred through Pay Pal or Invoicing.Schedule:
