Communicating Through Conflict

COMMUNICATING THROUGH CONFLICT is a one-day intensive deep dive into the key communication skills effective for preventing and resolving conflicts in your personal and work life. You will have an opportunity to learn and practice skills that are time tested for clearing the air and creating understanding. It is one day that could positively impact every relationship in your life and reduce relationship stress and miscommunication. This course will include skills in listening, questioning, disclosing, clarifying assumptions, how to dialogue with dignity, and speaking assertively. Days run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with an hour for lunch, unless otherwise noted. Thursday, February 18th $345 +gst This course is being held at the University of Alberta, Faculty of Extension, in downtown Edmonton, Alberta.
