

Communicating Through Conflict

COMMUNICATING THROUGH CONFLICT is a one-day intensive deep dive into the key communication skills effective for preventing and resolving conflicts in your personal and work life. You will have an opportunity to learn and practice skills that are time tested for clearing the air and creating understanding. It is one day that could positively impact every relationship in your life and reduce relationship stress and miscommunication. This course will include skills in listening, questioning, disclosing, clarifying assumptions, how to dialogue with dignity, and speaking assertively.
Schedule:
Days run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with an hour for lunch, unless otherwise noted.

We are excited to have entered a partnership with the Governors of the University of Alberta for our Art of Conflict Resolution courses to be delivered through the University of Alberta, Faculty of Extension, in downtown Edmonton, Alberta commencing January 2020. This course has no pre-requisites, however Comfort in Conflict is recommended prior to attendance in this course.
